I wish it was, dear Jen. I wish it was. However, to answer your qnestious:- As of now, you have to wait until she starts taking orders. She is opening up the shop next weekend, I believe. She unfortunately does not ship to Canada. HOWEVER!! will start selling her polishes in December, and she does ship internationally.- You don't have to get the whole set, but there is usually a five-bottle minimum. The shop I mentioned will most likely not have the same restrictions.- Her polishes run $12/bottle for 15ml (standard sized nail polish bottle).That is an excellent suggestion to wear Change on NYE!Hope my information helped! <3
